If you purchased clothing from our store, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within at least 14 days from the date you received your order. We can increase that period for a certain product and to label or to inform you so (within e.g., 30 days), however the basic rule is 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, the products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and in any case the condition of the product shall not be worse than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which is usually the mail delivered to your email upon purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items shall be provided to the delivery company within the information indicated in the return shipping label, however in no event later those 14 days after all information and return is confirmed from our side.

Please, be aware that the cost of return is borne by you, unless the product is defected or otherwise is agreed with us


Damages and issues
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full return.

Defective, damaged product is an item that arrives with visible physical defects or manufacturing faults that make it unusable, unsellable, or not as described.

The product is deemed damaged when, for example:

  • there are tears, holes, or rips; broken zippers, buttons, or seams;
  • stains or marks that were not disclosed in the product description
  • incorrect sizing or color due to a shipping or listing error
  • fabric defects, such as pilling, snags, or unraveling
  • odors or signs of use (on a product listed as new

The products are not deemed as defective or damaged when:

  • natural creasing or wrinkles from shipping;
  • minor loose threads
  •  slight color variation due to screen settings
  • damage caused after delivery (e.g., by washing, improper care, or misuse)
  • Items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging by the customer

A defect is a manufacturing or material flaw that prevents the product from performing or appearing as expected — even if the item hasn’t been worn or used yet.

If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you have the right to:

  •  Request a repair or replacement, or
  •  Request a full return, especially if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience.

Please, note that the damage can be caused by a poor returning package, so, please, be careful with that

Despite the fact the damaged or defective products can be returned within longer period, please, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some of the products cannot be returned due to their nature. We cannot offer returns for hygiene-sensitive products (such as underwear, bodysuits, socks), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items which are on sale due to their
conditions and it will be explicitly indicated.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not.

If return is approved, you’ll be automatically returned on your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

The return period may be extended in the following cases: 

  • If you did not include all accessories or accompanying documents when returning the item;
  • If the reason for the return you provided requires verification (such as confirming the presence or cause of defects, determining how they occurred, or checking if the item is on the list of non-returnable goods);
  • If the item was lost or damaged by the delivery service;
  • If you have not added a bank card to your profile for the return to be credited.

We may offer you the possibility to credit the amount of the return to your personal account to use for the subsequent sales. To agree so we may request an explicit consent (by means of checkbox or similar) of yours for such credit.

We are not allowed to return to any other accounts which haven’t been used during the order returned.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the return too.

Initiating returns

To exercise the right to return the products we require your notification which can be done via your account, or by contacting us at support@syxed.com.

Sometimes, depending on your registration data, we may ask you to sign the standard withdrawal form envisaged by the local legislation which shall be accompany the return package.
