DELIVERY TERMS

We will do our best to process and dispatch the orders made on business days on the next business day, and upon business days we deem Monday to Friday, from 08:00 till 17:00 CET. Any orders lodged beyond this time most likely will be processed on the following business day.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or other delays, shipping may take longer than usual. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.


If your order cannot be immediately fulfilled in its entirety, we will contact you to ask if to ship the items we have in stock and the remaining items might be canceled from your order. You may reorder once they become available again.

The shipping time depends on the selected shipping company and method of the delivery. We will do our best to delivery the products within time scope indicated during the order, however delivery arrival depends on the policies of the dispatching company, as well as the customs office (in case of international deliveries).


If applicable, the shipping fees are calculated at checkout.


For international orders, please note that customs or import fees may apply.

Despite shipping internationally, there might be countries we do not deliver to - including Russia and Belarus. If your country is on such a list, please stay tuned.


Also, please, make sure your shipping address is correct. If you noticed an error, contact us as soon as possible, so we can edit it before the dispatch.


After the handed over your purchased products to a shipping company you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
