2. Hip Width: Measure horizontally across the skirt from one side seam to the other at the widest part of the hip area. Keep the skirt completely flat and make sure the measuring tape remains straight.

3. Length: Measure vertically from the top edge of the waistband straight down to the bottom edge of the hem. Take this measurement along the center front of the skirt.

Sizes can vary from 1–2 centimeters because they are measured by hand.
