Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch

We process orders from Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 CET (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on the weekend or after business hours will be processed the following business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or other delays, shipping may take longer than usual. We will notify you via email if there are any delays.

If your order cannot be fulfilled in full, we will contact you by email before making any changes. Partial shipment and cancellation of remaining items will only proceed with your confirmation.

Shipping & Tracking

All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method - once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. Shipping time depends on the selected carrier and delivery method and we do our best to deliver within the timeframe indicated at checkout, however arrival times depend on the carrier's policies and, for international orders, customs processing. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount depending on your region - no code necessary, it will be applied automatically at checkout - and shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order; if you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can update it before dispatch.

Import Duties & Customs

Please note that import duties, taxes or customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may vary depending on your destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Despite shipping internationally, there are some countries we do not deliver to - including Russia and Belarus. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please stay tuned as we continue to expand our delivery zones.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, don't worry - just reach out to us and we'll make it right.
