We will do our best to process and dispatch the orders made on business days on the next business day, and upon business days we deem Monday to Friday, from 08:00 till 17:00 CET. Any orders lodged beyond this time most likely will be processed on the following business day.

You may return an item for a refund within 14 days of the order delivery date, provided the item is unworn, undamaged and in new condition with tags intact.
